Users should be able to choose the default shape libraries

I have completed the feature request form.

My work around was to create a new document open the libraries I required and convert it to a template.  It works but our team feels that there really shouldn't be a need to create that template just to have the shapes we always work with open automatically.

Another colleague was as a work around trying to create a library and thought it would be useful to add all shapes from 3 of the standard libraries to their personal library so they only had to open 1 additional library each time.  It would be easier to create a template.  The only way I know of is to add the shapes to the document and then add them to the library.  They wanted to add them directly from the Insert content screen and I can see why but there would be no need if they opened automatically on creating a new document.
