The panning behavior in Lucidchart feels unnatural.
The typical behavior for most visual interfaces I’ve worked with is when a user holds down the middle mouse / scroll button, the application grabs that point then drags to pull the canvas across. This is currently the behaviour that is used for the right mouse click.
It would be great if users could customize which mouse click governs which behaviour.
The panning behavior is available by double-clicking on the button button. What we want is to default the middle button to panning instead of having to double-click the middle button. This can be made available in the future as a user setting. Just a suggestion as another user.
