Hi comunity

I am using the swim lane shape to group flowchart shapes together.

Since yesterday I notice that the compete diagram is somehow flickering.
In addition, as soon as I want to change something in the diagram (e.g. change the edge of a connector), all the flowchart shapes are moving automatically to the left the swim lane. This brakes my complete diagram.

Is this a bug?

How can I continue here?

Thanks, and best regards

Dani

Hi community

In fact I found the solution by myself:

By creating a new page and copy/paste the complete diagram from the old to the new page, the flickering and auto movement has gone.

Best regards

Dani

Hi @Daniel Hauser, thank you for posting in the Community and I am sorry that you experienced this issue in the first place!

I am happy to hear that the issue does not occur in a new page. However, in case issues persist or occur again, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Opening your document in a private or incognito window. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)
  • Opening your document in a different browser
  • Toggling WebGL off. This can be done by selecting View > Rendering > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option. For help with disabling WebGL, please see this Community post.

If these do not solve the issue, please feel free to provide a screenshot of the issue as well as a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Cheers!
