Hello

I recently submitted a support ticket and I was asked to turn off WebGL. I don't know what that is or how to turn it off. Can someone help?

Hi Clifford

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Simply put WebGL is a rendering tool used in-browser to create beautiful and highly engaging interactive user experiences. To disable it in Lucidchart you will need to click View > Rendering > WebGL. I've included a short GIF that should help out along the way.

For additional information, including Troubleshooting information if you have any issues with WebGL, check out this help center article.

Hope this helps--please let me know if you have any other questions! 💗
