Question can't share or collaborate with

Steps to reproduce

  • login to
  • open a document your user owns
  • Click “Share”, enable sharable link, copy link
  • Open new browser (e.g. different Chrome profile or entirely different browser, like Firefox), login to
  • paste link in that user’s browser tab

Expected result: user can see the document

You are correct that it is not possible between and This is because sharing documents, boards, and models is secured, so users in the FedRAMP environment are able to share documents with other FedRAMP users only. To learn more about sharing, check out our Share with collaborators in Lucid article.
