Steps to reproduce

  • login to lucid.app
  • open a document your user owns
  • Click “Share”, enable sharable link, copy link
  • Open new browser (e.g. different Chrome profile or entirely different browser, like Firefox), login to lucidgov.app
  • paste link in that lucidgov.app user’s browser tab

Expected result: lucidgov.app user can see the document

You are correct that it is not possible between lucidgov.app and lucid.app. This is because sharing documents, boards, and models is secured, so users in the FedRAMP environment are able to share documents with other FedRAMP users only.
