Would you mind clarifying which browser you’re using? Two specific tips with browsers that we’ve seen improve performance:
- Make sure you're using the most recent version of your browser.
- Lucid is optimized for Google Chrome. For best performance, we recommend using Chrome.
When you’re in your standard browser, are you seeing this issue across all documents in your account, or just one document?
Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for one of the documents where you’re seeing this issue? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff.
