 Hi Micah, I am still experiencing issues when using lucid AI.

Hi ​@fernando.gonzalez, thank you for trying those steps and for providing that screenshot! It’s great to hear that using Lucid AI in incognito works, but I’m sorry you’re running into trouble when in your normal browser. 
 

Would you mind clarifying which browser you’re using? Two specific tips with browsers that we’ve seen improve performance:

  • Make sure you're using the most recent version of your browser.
  • Lucid is optimized for Google Chrome. For best performance, we recommend using Chrome.

 

When you’re in your standard browser, are you seeing this issue across all documents in your account, or just one document?

Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for one of the documents where you’re seeing this issue? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. For reference, I saw that you originally added a comment to this post. I’ve moved your comment to better support you in order to keep troubleshooting and digging in.

Are you running into any specific error codes? Would you mind providing me a screenshot of the error you’re seeing on your end, or a description of what the error says?


I recommend trying the following steps. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

  • Could you try opening your board in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Hi Ambar thanks for reaching out! 

I am experiencing issues when Using AI to create flowcharts from JSON. 

Ive tried the troubleshooting steps and when using Lucid in incognito I was able to use AI so thanks for sending the steps.

When I try to run it in normal window this the  js from the error Im getting if it helps
