Is Lucid AI not functioning today (4/14/2026)? I am trying to use Lucid AI to create a BPM workflow diagram. I upload a file to base the BPM off of along with a prompt and continually receive the following error message: “Something went wrong on our end”. I have rebooted, tried with both MS Edge and Chrome browsers. This worked perfectly fine as of Fri 4/10. TIA for your response.

@Ambar D, Lucid AI seems to be working now. Just tried it. Thx for coordinating the chat.

It seems that the AI times out.  I had invested a bit of time answering its questions only to get to the point where it couldn’t proceed and displayed a “something went wrong” message.  It seems like a timeout issue, as subsequent retries seemed to get farther or less far randomly.  But none of the retries succeeded in producing a diagram. I’m not sure I’ll try this feature for a while.  Maybe allow the prompts, questions, answers to be saved so that the User doesn’t have to waste that time over at a future point.
