Hello everyone,

We have been using the Lucid/Jira integration sucessfully, but there is a feature that I don’t know if it exist somehow.

We would like to know or see in Jira if a ticket is used in a lucid diagram/s, so that we have two traceability from ticket to diagram and from diagram to ticket.

is this possible? if not, how can I create a feature request?

Thank you

Hi @AhmedMobarez

Jira does not automatically show when an issue is used inside a Lucidchart / Lucidspark diagram. The integration primarily works in the direction of pulling Jira data into Lucid (For instance - importing issues, syncing fields), not pushing usage metadata back into Jira.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Hi @AhmedMobarez,

Thank you so much, Huma, for jumping in here! @Humas1985 is correct that Lucid does not support this specific feature. In Jira, the History will show what Jira user made changes to the card, even if that change was made in Lucidspark. However, it does not indicate which changes were made in Lucidspark, or link to the diagram.
