Hi
We are using a Lucidspark with a timeline template to plan the use of our equipment in the team. We use Lucid Cards to reserve the equipment and enter our name and the time of the reservation there.
We have been using this for a few months now.

But since a few days when i doubleclick on the timeline the card will by default spread over 3 days. Before it used to be only one day. This is quite annoying because now we always have to change the dates on the card settings to only one day.

Is there some way to change the default size for the card?

Thank you

@luanavassali Since this happened recently after it was working previously, I’d consider this a bug. Please submit a ticket to get this worked on by a member of Lucid’s staff instead of peers.

Hi @luanavassali thanks for your post and thank you @aparrish for chiming in!

The behaviour you are experiencing is expected and our Product team has confirmed that this is the new default when the "day" pivot is selected. I am sorry for the inconvenience this is causing to your workflow!

We’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. Please first search the Product Feedback section of this community (with the filter Topic Type = Idea) to see if it’s already been submitted. If so, please add any additional details you’d like and upvote the request - this consolidation helps to refine feedback and properly capture the popularity of the request.

If no one has submitted this idea yet, please create one of your own and be sure to include details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. This will also allow other users with similar requests to discover and upvote it, then add details of their own.

Finally, for more information on how Lucid manages feedback via this community, take a look at this post.

Cheers!

Thank you for your reply.

I added a new idea and hope something nice will come of it.
