I would like to propose a change to an outgoing message. Currently when one of our Admin’s denies a request that was submitted via the website, the end user is sent this message. Which is mostly fine. But we only have control over what goes in the “Message from admin” part of the email. Currently, and it didn’t seem to do this before, it is attaching the name of the person who clicked on Deny, and giving them a direct link to send email to that person as well. This is leading to end users reaching out to that specific person directly asking about why it was denied (even though that is answered in the Message). We do not want to advertise the names of our Admin team, as we are a very large organization and this leads to people sending direct messages rather that submitting a ticket or contacting our Help Desk.
