+7I have docs that I thought were moved into a Team folder, but they are showing as a shortcut and there doesnt seem to be a way to find where they are actually located. The File Information details panel only shows the location as being the folder that the shortcut resides in.

There is currently no direct way to view the original location of a document for a shortcut from the shortcut itself; manual search is required, and the product team has been made aware of repeated user requests for this feature and to learn more - Retrieve the path/location of a document | Community

As an account admin is there a way for me to be able to do a manual search across all users personal folders?

Even as an admin, one cannot directly search users personal folders is what i learnt. On Enterprise plans, the Document Discovery feature allows broader search and management of team documents, but personal folders remain private unless shared - To learn more - Admin Rights to View All Documents | Community
