I've set most of my Lucid visuals to auto-refresh "every 30 seconds" but I'm getting considerable lag at times. In one instance my Google Sheet is not a large data set but tied to 3 Lucid visuals. I can get it to work at times to auto-refresh then other times I can't and have to manually refresh the visual with the linked data.
I was wondering if it was related to changes in internet speeds...or something else.

Thank you for keeping this thread going 🥳 If you are linking to a data set from Google Sheets and you make changes to the Google Sheet Lucidchart will automatically sync every 30 seconds but you can also force sync by clicking the refresh button above where the data is shown in Lucidchart. If your data still does not refresh please try re-uploading your data using "replace data set".
