I have an individual paid user licence across Lucidchart and Lucidspark. For many years I have made use of export by highlighting specific area and then right clicking to export to PDF, PNG etc

All of a sudden the Export is greyed out. I have followed the help guides by using incognito mode on browser etc and even trying to select a single image yet feature is still not enabled. 

Can anyone advise on whats happening here?

Thanks for posting in the Community! Could you please expand on the specific troubleshooting steps you’ve taken so far? You mentioned using an incognito window, have there been any other measures you've tried? This information will help me narrow down the issue. Were you also able to try exporting again while connected to a different network, ensuring that the connection was strong and stable?

Additionally, ​@Humas1985  noted in the communtyi post mentioned above that the Infinite Canvas can sometimes cause issues with exporting and it is suggested that toggling this setting off may help resolve the problem. Could you please review that post and let me know if this makes a difference?

If none of these tips help, could you please send the following information:

  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop-ups that appear when you attempt to export.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
