Where can we find full UML markup documentation for a sequence diagram in Lucidchart?

Where can we find a full markup documentation for UML Sequence Diagrams? When we click the help icon next to the UML Markup editor in Lucidchart it opens a page with a simplistic example but no actual documentation.

Also @tate s PlantUML is a well known markup language for UMl and I think it would be awesome if your toolsets would simply support PlantUML instead of starting your own markup language. I vote for PlantUML support in the future :)
