File access and approval controls are great and all, but I need to know who has what role in every bucket within the diagram repository.  Is there a way to output these rolls and settings?  Is there a way to visualize who has what role, in case approval roles shift or change?  The way these roles read, this is really close to a RACI chart, and could the output look something similar?

Hi @Jeremy Boerger

Thank you for posting in the community! I’ve provided the steps below to view the process owner. If this isn’t quite what you’re looking for, could you please clarify? Are you trying to find a centralized view that shows who holds which roles within a repository?

To view the owner of a process, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three-dot menu from the bottom-right corner of the process.
  1. Select Show details.

  1. Under the “Process owner” section you will be able to see the Process owner.

With process owners being manually assigned against each process as they are submitted for approval, it would be very helpful to have a way of being able to see all processes belonging to a particular owner, within a repository and across all repos..

Use Case being someone leaving the company and needing to transfer them all to someone else.

This would get the PA closer to being a true enterprise system for managing content.

I tried to edit my suggestion above but couldn’t.  I have now seen that processes within a repo can be filtered by a process owner, which is great.  it would still be helpful to find all processes owned by an individual across repos, to cover the Use Case I mentioned above.

@Leianne C  thanks for the response.  I’ve gone through pretty much everything tagged with Process Accelerator and havent seen a similar suggestion.  I will re-submit as an idea, though it would be really nice if there was an automatic way to turn a question into a feature suggestion without a new topic having to be manually created.
