Today there seems to be a glitch when selecting an employee card on my org chart it then un maps them in the graph. Not trying to move it simply select it; I tried undo but it didn't consider it as a move to undo and it also wouldn't let me reconnect the card. Only solution to fix it has been to refresh the page. This is occurring across all projects not just the one. Potentially if an update has been done or just a very very annoying bug. @Lucid Team please can you resolve this issue?

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English).
Also, is this behavior happening in just one document or across multiple? And is it limited to one user account or affecting others as well?
If the issue persists, I recommend reviewing this troubleshooting guide for org charts, which includes a few more steps that might help.
And if you're still running into problems, feel free to send:
- A screenshot or screen recording of the behavior
- A screenshot of the Javascript Console output after the issue appears (you can open the Console with Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows/Linux or Cmd+Opt+J on Mac)
