We have a new team member who has been granted a license for LucidChart.  Another team member is trying to share a chart with the new team member, and the new team member is not able to receive the shared chart.

@chartle Do you they have their notifications enabled for Document and Folder shares found in Account settings?

To clarify, did the new team member not receive the email notification about the shared document, or are they experiencing access issues when clicking the link?

Thanks for confirming.

The non-receipt of email notifications regarding shared Lucidchart documents may be attributed to several factors, which do not necessarily involve licensing concerns

The similar topic has been discussed in the community and please take a look and follow the directions from there - Invitation email from my company doesn't come through | Community (lucid.co)
