We have a new team member who has been granted a license for LucidChart.  Another team member is trying to share a chart with the new team member, and the new team member is not able to receive the shared chart.

To clarify, did the new team member not receive the email notification about the shared document, or are they experiencing access issues when clicking the link?

The non-receipt of email notifications regarding shared Lucidchart documents may be attributed to several factors, which do not necessarily involve licensing concerns

@chartle Do you they have their notifications enabled for Document and Folder shares found in Account settings?
