After entering details into the chat “generate diagram”, I receive the message “Here's your diagram and how can I help further” but there is no diagram generated.

 

@plrivers1980 thank you for letting us know about this. This appears to be an AI issue. AI features are still under current development in Lucid as it’s still relatively new. Please provide your feedback (this issue) in the following thread so that we can improve its functionality:

@plrivers1980 Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English).

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send a Technical Support PIN for your account? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. What kind of diagram are you attempting to build? Is this repeatable? Does it happen in multiple documents? Have you tried a new browser?

Assuming you have tested this in a couple different browsers or documents, the next most likely thing might be with odd text in your prompt. Were you copying and pasting text? Can you try manually rewriting the prompt? Do you see the same behavior with a simpler prompt?

If none of these steps worked, could you provide the following:

  • The prompt you used
  • A screenshot of any error messages that popped up
