What kind of diagram are you attempting to build? Is this repeatable? Does it happen in multiple documents? Have you tried a new browser?
Assuming you have tested this in a couple different browsers or documents, the next most likely thing might be with odd text in your prompt. Were you copying and pasting text? Can you try manually rewriting the prompt? Do you see the same behavior with a simpler prompt?
If none of these steps worked, could you provide the following:
- The prompt you used
- A screenshot of any error messages that popped up
