+1I can't select individual words or text fragments (only the entire text). This applies to both table text and regular text fields. I can select everything or nothing.
Interestingly, the problem has been occurring for several days and not every time. However, it is frequent enough that it completely prevents me from working on the text.
What could be the cause?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! When clicking on text, it will select everything. However, if you double-click on your text, it allows you to select text fragments.
If that does not solve the issue, can you please send a screenshot or screen recording so I can take a closer look at what you are experiencing?

I single-click, double-click and various other ways. I can't select words or even place the cursor inside the text field.
I'm not a new user, I've been using Lucid for a long time, I've been working with text for a long time and this is the first time this problem has appeared. It's been going on for a few days now.

In the incognito tab everything worked fine.This got me thinking and I realized that the problem might be caused by a plugin I installed in my browser a few days ago... Thank you very much for your help and pointing me to the possible cause of the problem!
