I created a roadmap using a Gant template. I added tags to the swim lane items, however, when sharing the link to the roadmap, they’re not visible.

First, I recommend your collaborators try the following on their devices. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

Opening the document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

Connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)
Next, if those don’t resolve the problem, I would recommend unsharing and resharing the document. In many cases involving issues with sharing, that often resolves the problem.
