I have a paid version of Lucidchart and want to share a template with a free account.  Can the free account use this template and what is the limit?

Hi @IWC

Free accounts can only have three active documents at a time. Archive or delete one to access the shared template if you've reached the limit.

When you share a template with a free account user, they can use it to create their own documents, but they will be subject to the limitations of the free plan, such as the number of active documents they can have.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
