Hi @madison.blakley, thank you for giving that a try. Does the issue come back shortly even in an incognito window or does it seem to be fine there?

If you are using Google Chrome, you should be able to manage your extensions by selecting More Moreand thenExtensions and thenManage extensions in the browser. For details on how to disable extensions, I recommend checking out this documentation by Google.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @madison.blakley, thank you for posting in the Lucid community!

First, I recommend trying the following steps. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

  • Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • What browser are you using?
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Ok I started having the same issue, opened the flow in an incognito window and it seems to have stopped. I tried changing my VPN while using my normal chrome browser and the issue continues. Is there a way to make this stop without having to use an incognito window?

Hi @madison.blakley, thank you for the follow up! If your issue is no longer occurring with an incognito window, this means that it was likely caused by cookie or browser extension interference. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in a regular browsing session and try again? If the issue persists, I recommend disabling your extensions one by one until you determine which extension is causing the issue.

Please let me know if neither of these help!

I have tried clearing browsing history and cookies, however the issue comes back shortly after clearing it. Regarding  disabling extensions, i dont know how to do that….
