"Servers experienced an error" login message

We have Lucid diagram linked to Orbus iServer and for some users this works and for some it throws below error.

Can anyone advise, please.

Hi ​@Mukund, thank you for posting in the community. To make sure I understand the issue fully and can point you in the right direction, would you mind providing me with the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A brief description of how the diagram is embedded into Orbus iServer.
  • A screenshot of the issue (if possible)
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
