I am having issues to get my work saved. It always keep trying to save. I’ve tried even copying the content to a new page and it didn’t work either. Furthermore, I am having trouble exporting my diagrams as a image too.

Hi ​@KavindaHerath, thank you for posting in the community. To confirm, is this happening to a specific document or any document you try to edit? Can you please try creating a new blank document and let me know if edits made there are saving? 

If you have not yet lost the work and your Lucidchart document continuously shows "saving", it is important that you do not close your document, refresh your browser, or restart your computer until your work is saved. 
 
If the issue persists, could you please also try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English).
 
If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
  • If it is a specific document, please send a temporary Support PIN for the document in question. This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
