I was curious if there is a way to have it so that all the comments that have been made on my board can be displayed with my board when I export/save my file.

One possible solution, depending on your use case, is to copy a link to your comment from the tri-dot menu shown next to your comment, as shown below! This may work well if you’re simply trying to easily share comments or save them elsewhere.
