Recent Visio export issues

Until this week, Visio export was working great. Now my last half dozen diagrams aren’t rendering properly in Visio. Boxes have invisible or indiscernible outlines. Changing the color, width, or style of the lines does not make them visible. Has something changed recently in the Lucid Visio export facility?

Note that only shape outlines are missing in the export. The rest of the lines are fine.

Hi ​@jmarkd, thanks for this information and your screenshot! I’m sorry for my delay here while I was out of office, but I’m happy to keep looking into this. 

Would you mind trying the following two items and letting me know if these steps help?

  1. Could you try opening your board in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  2. Could you try exporting in an alternative Visio format? I recommend trying both VSDX and VDX formats if you haven’t already - information for export can be found here.  

If those steps don’t resolve this, could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on.

  1. In a private window, exporting in vsdx and vsd produces the same result: missing lines and boxes.
  2. Both formats have the same problem.
  3. PIN generated. How can I share the pin safely?
