Publishing URLs and sharing it with users who don't have access to Lucid

Hello,

I use Lucidchart for process maps and work with stakeholders outside of my team who don’t have Lucid access. When I tried to publish URL and share it with those stakeholders, they can’t see the full process map as another login window pops up and cannot be closed. It would be very convenient to just have a published link in a view-mode only so that others could open it without the pop window and view it. Is there a way to publish URLs with public without this window displaying?

Thank you

Hi @yatach

Thank you for the reply! I am glad to hear that issue was resolved. Also, I apologize for the delay in this response.

That is strange it is taking them to log in. As I mentioned earlier, Publishing a link should not require a user to log in. Do you mind providing a support pin so I can take a closer look at the issue?

Hi @yatach

You can provide it here in the thread. It is only accessible by our official support teams. Other users will not be able to use it.

Hi @yatach

Thank you for providing that support pin! It looks like I was able to reproduce this by deleting a link and using it again. This takes you to the Log In page, I think what occurred is that either the users you sent it to used the wrong link, or they were provided a deleted link. For context, it takes a few minutes for a publish link to expire.

Do you mind sending them a new active publish link?

Hi Kelsey,

It seems to be working now. We deleted the published link, made changes to the workflow, and republished the link. External users were able to open it.

Thank you very much for your help!
