Many problems when trying to copy or duplicate a group of objects or a frame that contains an assisted layout container.

Steps:

  • Select objects containing an assisted layout container (the bottom towers)

  • CMD + C to copy
  • CMD + V to paste on the same board

In another attempt, I tried selecting a much larger group of objects with multiple assisted layout containers and tried duplicating them (by dragging), the board froze/crashed

Hi @Fabio Barreiro, thank you for posting in the Lucid community! Sorry you’re having trouble here, but I’m happy to help!

I recommend trying the following steps. Sometimes similar issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

  • Could you try this after opening your board in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?

If those don’t resolve the problem, could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!
