Hi,

I suddenly experience that I cannot access the tabs/pages I’ve created in a document. 

Is that a bug in Lucid?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! I understand how frustrating this could be and I would love to help. 

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps to help find the root cause of the issue:

  • Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
  • If you are able to view your “Page List” at the bottom left corner of your screen, could you please click there and go to the page you would like to see? (see screenshots below)

 

 

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the issue.

  • The specific steps you took leading up to your tabs/pages disappearing.

  • A temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on.
