Page names are not being saved

I have created a workbook and am working on a set of process flows.  I have added and named tabs, but every time I reopen the document, the tab names revert back to old names (copy of ….) or page number.  This is frustrating as I have now done this 4 or 5 times.  It lessens my confidence in the fidelity of the actual saved content, but I don’t seem to have any issues with that… accept the time spent on scrutinising them over and over and over

Hi @Connor McGill, thanks for posting in the community! Apologies for the delay in our response.
Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post. Let me know if the issue still persists!

Hi @Jeff at Nexus PMD. Thanks for posting in the Lucid community!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Is this error occurring in a specific document or with any document where you have added tabs?

Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article: Generate a Lucid Support PIN.

I have the same issue. The tab names do not save. Even after clearing the cache, trying an incognito window, etc. The tab names that I entered will briefly show on initial load and then it flickers and reverts to no tab names. Temp PIN duS0UG3NfmhLhQ33X8xHd8Q4DnKdPH81kI156063962

Hi @mebb, thanks for posting in the Lucid community. I accessed the pin you provided, but was unable to identify the document with additional tabs. Could you provide a screenshot that shows the tab names that reverted?

Hi, having the same issue. One more detail is that when the page first loads I can see the names I’ve renamed to, then when loading has finished the name reverts to the original name (duplicate of … or Page 7 etc)

Hi there,

Unfortunately (or fortunately for me) the problem disappeared. Now the names have stuck and I’m not sure what changed, but at least for me, all is well.

Well unfortunately for me it just started happening. The new page name will appear briefly then revert back. It’s quite frustrating

I was running into this issue when coming back to a chart over the weekend. The page names were correct in incognito, so I then cleared my cache and cookies for the past week (before this chart was updated) and that resolved the issue for me.

As @kbowen noted, clearing my browser data in Chrome for *lucid* resolved the issue.
