Hello,

Some staff members in my org manage one team and are part of another team. For example, Jane Doe is the manager of HR. She reports to Dr. Seuss who is the manager of Planning & Administration. I want Jane to appear in the org chart for the HR org and the Planning & Administration org, however when I list more than one team (unit) in my data for Jane Doe it flattens the HR org structure and removes her as manager.

I have tried adding two lines for Jane Doe to my data so that she populates once with HR and once with Planning & Admin but that has not worked either.

Is there a way to list two teams for someone in my data set? How do I make these connections if someone is on more than one team or if they have a supervisor that manages many teams?

Thank you!

Hi @eleanortimmermann

Explore manual edits (lines or duplicate tiles) to visually represent someone on multiple teams or with multiple supervisors in org charts. There is currently no automated way to achieve this via data import.
