I would like to link the same employee on multiple pages for 1 source of truth. I also want the “main” org chart to include the total reports from all other org charts without combining them all together. This would make a 300+ person org chart that is visually hard to process.

True dynamic linking capabilities is not in place, which would enable automatic synchronization of the same employee shape across multiple pages.
Instead, each shape on a different page is treated as a separate object, requiring individual updates. To mitigate, consider – adding manually the same employee to multiple pages, on the whole these instances won't be automatically synced.
This means you'll need to make updates separately in each location.
