Lucid Org Chart - Reports deleted

Hi, 

I have an org chart with some shapes that are ‘open’ and marked as such. For one of these shapes, when I filled in the person’s role, everyone in that person’s org disappeared. I removed all conditional formatting from that shape (although i didn’t have an issue with it on the others), and still had the same issue. Since I was on a time crunch i just created a new shape, but wondering what went wrong. 

 

i captured a video below removing all the names. When i change the ‘open’ to a name it splits the org chart. However, in the original board, nothing split it just disappeared

Thanks for your post! Does this issue persist in a copy of the document? Is there any formulas attached to the shapes?

Hi, 

 

it does persist in a copy, the screenshot/video above is a duplicate of the original doc. It had conditional formatting on it, and I tried repeating the steps after removing all the conditional formatting and still came across the same issue.

It seems to only be happening with one of the roles (that i can tell at least). I’ve put a big arrow to it. Let me know if it’s best to hop on a call.
