Losing shapes (specifically arrows) when exporting to visio?

Hi all

 

When I export my Lucid chart diagram to Visio I am losing all of my arrows! Any idea as to why and how I can rectify this?

Here is lucid chart prior to export

 

Exported lucid chart to visio is below no arrows visible..

Thanks for reaching out on the community and I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with Visio export. To start I would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:

  • Try exporting the file as both a VSDX and a VDX. Sometimes the two file types will respond differently to export so it is worth trying both.
  • The line export issue might be specific to the document or to a style that is applied to the lines. To test this I'd recommend changing the line format (decreasing/increasing thickness etc.) and copying/pasting the contents of the document into a new document to see if that resolves the issue.
