Log in to Lucid without Google account

I setup my Lucid account to login using my Google account. However that automated login functionality is blocked by firewall at my work.  How could I update my account to allow me to login with a separate name and password outside of Google? thanks

Hi Manny

Thanks for posting in the community! I have deleted your login token for Google. Now you can go to https://lucid.app/users/login#/login and enter your email address then click Log in with password. Once you are in your account you can update your account settings to change your username and password. For details on how to do this please review this Account Settings help center article.

Please let me know if this does not work for you or if you have any other questions!

Hi Sunny,

Thanks for reaching out. You are exactly right. Once we remove the Google login token from your account, you will be able to log in with your email address and set a password instead.

I have gone ahead and removed the token for you. Please head to https://lucid.app/users/login#/login, enter your email, and choose the “Log in with password” option. If you have not set a password yet, you can click “Forgot password” to create one.

Let me know if you run into any trouble or have any other questions.

Dear Team,

Could you remove my login token so that I could use Lucid in my client sites.

Best Regards,

Hi @siuwkw,

Thanks for your message. I’ve gone ahead and removed the Google login token from your account.

You can now log in at https://lucid.app/users/login#/login using your email address.
