There’s a wierd line across letter N in Komika Hand font, due to poor vector edges. See:?

I know this is not the end of the world :)

@csomakk.bally this might be related to "line jumps". You can turn them off by opening Document Settings under the File menu. Within the Lines section, simply toggle off Show line jumps.

Please check out the article on working with text: https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/16361791013524-Add-and-style-text-in-Lucidchart

Hi @csomakk.bally thank you for posting in the Community and thank you @aparrish for chiming in!

@csomakk.bally I was not able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Could you please let me know whether the issue occurs when writing a new word with the letter N in Komika Hand font in that same document, as well as in a new blank document?

Additionally, WebGL might be causing an issue with the graphics card on your computer. Can you try toggling WebGL off? This can be done by selecting View > Rendering > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option. For help with disabling WebGL, please see this Community post

If the issue persists, could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this Lucid Help Center article:  Generate a Lucid Support PIN

Cheers!

you’re right, when i create text fresh, it looks fine, only if i copy/rotate existing broken one it s having the issue.. might be some sort of corner case on rasterising a specific site… not sure how i created it :)
