I uploaded an own font in Lucidchart and it is now visible in the dropdown menu of the fonts but I can not use it because it is grayed out. I already uploaded it again but without any result.
FYI: I have a paid account.

If you click on this thread, you will find a link to a support ticket form that you can fill out.
Also, it is not currently possible to delete fonts. However, you can submit a feature request in the Product feedback section or vote on an existing similar feature request.
