Import ERD Button not working

Forum|alt.badge.img

As per title, the Import ERD button is greyed out and not working. Normally it’d produce a dropdown to select between Saleforce and Sql Server but this dropdown is not appearing. I have checked with colleagues who are experiencing the same issue. It was working fine yesterday.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! This issue was fixed with our development team, and I am no longer able to reproduce it on my end. To further troubleshoot, please try the following: 

  • Can you open your document in a private or incognito window? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English).
  • Can you connect to different network or disconnect from your VPN (if applicable)? 
  • What browser are you using? Can you try this on another browser? 

If those do not solve the issue, please provide the following information: 

  • A screenshot or screen-recording showing the issue. 
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
