Hi I have a lucid diagram of tasks that people are working on and would like to be able to filter by different things quickly.  I know how to set up a filter but it seams like I would have to delete the filter and create another to switch between filtering for different people or projects.  Is there a way to be able to toggle the filters on or off or even better create a shape which would toggle the filters by clicking on them?

Hi @mhl30

Lucidchart's Smart Containers do not allow multiple filters to be saved or switched between.

  • You can only apply one filter at a time, so switching filters requires deleting or modifying the existing filter. Additionally, there is no feature to create clickable shapes that toggle filters on or off.

To delegate, you might consider using conditional formatting to highlight tasks by person or project and adjusting the “Group by” setting for faster reorganization

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
