How to adjust the spaces within boxes using the org chart structure?

as u can see how do i create a bigger gap within the white boxes and grey boxes or how can i create more spaces between the grey boxes etc

posting here bc admin support (eric) wasnt helpful

kindly see how squeeze it is that i cant even do a proper box without cutting some parts out

one more thing is that the org chart lines are so limited, u can either choose to drop down from top or drop down from side but not BOTH! so as per eric suggestions he asked me to create my own free lines which i did, but because of the space issue look how crammed it is!
