I would like to know how to edit the list of names in the “Assignee” section of Lucid cards. The list of name actually showing does not reflect my team members and would like to have only those name in the drop down list.

The Assignee dropdown list in Lucid Cards is populated by the names entered in the Assignee field of individual cards or tasks, rather than directly from your team list.
Currently, there isn't a built-in feature to edit or restrict the dropdown list to only your preferred team members.
If you notice unwanted names appearing, it's likely because they were previously assigned to existing or past cards. To remove these names, you'll need to delete or edit each card or task where they're assigned

You can’t manually change the color of assignee icons on Lucid cards. Icons appear grey for custom or non-user assignees, while real collaborators show a profile photo or system-generated colored avatar.
