My license was recovered on 13th Oct, and about 3 days later, I get the license again.

But when I login in the lucidchart, I find that I can’t see all my previous document in past 5 years.

is there any way I can recover it?

Hi ​@zhzhang01, thank you for posting in the community! Like ​@Humas1985 mentioned, the best way to regain access to your documents will be to reach out to your account admins. 

To share more context: If you are a user on an Enterprise account as a part of the process of admins removing user’s licenses, your documents will likely be transferred to another team member. We recommend reaching out to your internal IT team or application admins about locating your documents and re-granting licenses.
