Hi Folks - I built a workflow doc using shapes and my text is hazy. I checked the shape settings as I read on other threads to turn off the shadow. The shadow is turned off and my text still appears hazy and hard to read. Any other fixes?

Thanks!

Hi @cpaik, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Are you still having problems with hazy text in your document?  @Humas1985 had a great suggestion here that I recommend trying first!

If you’re still experiencing this, I also recommend trying the following. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

  1. Opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  2. Connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable).

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end? Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Hi @cpaik

It’s possible that toggling the rendering option for webGL may resolve this issue for you. If you go to the top menu, in the View section, then down at the bottom of the list for rendering toggle the option for webGL it might resolve the issue. Let me know if that fixes the problem for you.
