Gliffy import not working

Can you verify the file is able to be opened correctly in Gliffy? If your file is the wrong file type, or has some other issue that makes it an invalid file, we will not be able to import it.

Additionally, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if the issue persists?

• Importing your file in a private or incognito window
• Clearing all cache and cookies
• Try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)

Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

I tried doing it in incognito and it still produced a blank document.

Can you try importing this gliffy diagram into lucid charts? You can save the json to a file with a .gliffy extension and upload it to the importer. This is a very simple diagram with a single rectangle with the text “Simple Text” in the middle of the rectangle.

I’m also having the same issue were diagrams are blank. I’m trying also to convert gliffy’s from confluence and now I’m having an error.

I’m in the middle of a migration from gliffy to lucid, and create each diagram from scratch would take a lot of my time.

Is there any way to solve this issue?
