We have a user that states he cannot move to Lucid due to missing functionality.  He needs to match the feature of Visio that allows the export to SVG format and a choice to Include or Exclude Visio data.  Is this available in Lucid somewhere we are not seeing?

Why Visio Professional, with feature of ‘export to svg with data:

Visio has function to export diagrams as SVG with each drawing element. Within the exported SVG, elements are constructed as an individual groups including any text overlay, with text exported as literal text, using SVG text element.

With the Desktop move from Visio to Lucid, we have identified that Lucid does not export to SVG the same as Visio. Elements are not exported as textural representation. Elements are all exported as individual path elements within one group.

Lucid can export to an SVG file. Please view this article:

https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/16324571257492-Export-or-print-a-Lucid-document#:~:text=You%20have%20a%20variety%20of%20export%20options%20in,You%20can%20also%20print%20directly%20from%20your%20document

Hope that helps!

Yes, it can export, but not with the same options that Visio has for including or not including the data.  The resulting file from Lucid has limited functionality.
