Hi @Michael B Lucid, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community!
Unfortunately, bulk export isn't a feature we have available at this time.
However, we do allow for a backup of all documents on an individual user account to Google Drive. You can set up a weekly backup of your Lucid documents to Google Drive. If you set this up, you will receive an LAF backup file in your Google Drive account every week. You can then restore your documents to Lucid. It is important to note that LAF files are only readable by Lucid. Alternatively, you could programmatically export all documents on your account to static images using Lucid's external API - Export Document endpoint.
For more information on file transfer, I would suggest reviewing this help center article.
Thanks for your request, and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
Hello, we are in the process of closing our Lucid Chart account and I wanted to make sure I had a backup of all the files we have.
I have deleted all users and transferred their files to my account. I have now made a backup / download of all our files by following this help file. Can anyone confirm that this will back up ALL the files in all the nested folders within my account? As there is no way to really check what is there in the downloaded .laf file.
Since this still requires Lucid restore, I don’t think it really meets the requirement. This is more as a backup, not a download of the actual diagrams
Hi @gcoleman-broadview, thank you for continuing this thread and sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, bulk export is not currently supported in Lucid. I can see that you have already submitted an idea post for this (thank you!)
