Document does not show up in the folder it was created in

Question

Hi all,

I created a document and shared it with colleagues.

The document was saved in a folder. Unfortunately, the document does not show up when opening this folder.

Searching the file in the documents yields no results.

When accessing the document using the link that was sent to the colleagues, I can open the document.

The menu “File”, “Details” shows the location “shared with”, the “owner” is empty.

I was able to make a colleague owner, then the colleague made me owner again. After re-opening the file, the “owner” is again empty.

Any help is welcome

Hi ​@MI-MABOpen the document from the link and use File → Move to to confirm its current folder location or move it to the intended folder again. Verify the document sharing settings and confirm whether the correct owner is listed under Share/Collaborators.Try accessing Lucidchart in an incognito/private browser window or another browser to rule out caching issues.
