In order to help us rule out performance issues or specific document glitches, could you please try these steps below:

Try opening your document in a private or incognito window. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

Try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable). Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues.

@Shira M mentioned toggling Infinite Canvas ON and then OFF again. This can reset manual page boundaries.

Ensure Custom is selected in the Size dropdown before typing your numbers
