Copy/Paste into Google Docs suddenly broke

Question

Previously, we could copy and paste diagrams from Lucid into Google docs. This was a CUJ for me and many users in my company. This suddenly started intermittently breaking a month ago. With this broken, the workaround of png download is just extremely cumbersome. If this doesn’t get solved yet, I think the product becomes unusable for me.

To add to ​@Humas1985suggestion about the add-on—if you specifically need direct copy/paste for speed, here are two quick things that usually fix intermittent clipboard issues between Lucid and Google Docs:Use "Copy as Image": Instead of standard Ctrl+C / Cmd+C, select your shapes in Lucidchart and press Ctrl+Shift+C (or right-click > Copy as Image). Standard copy often attempts to pass canvas vector data that Google Docs drops, whereas Copy as Image forces a bitmap image straight to your clipboard.Check Browser Clipboard Permissions: If you are on Chrome/Edge, click the site settings lock icon in the address bar for both Lucid and Google Docs to ensure Clipboard access hasn't been set to "Block" or restricted by a recent browser update.Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. Hi ​@AvidLucidUserLucid provides an official Google Docs add-on that allows you to insert Lucidchart diagrams directly into a Google Doc and refresh them after making changes in Lucidchart. This may be a more reliable alternative to copy/paste.
