We migrated Confluence documents to a new Confluence space (after an acquisition), and all the Gliffy macros broke. No problem, Lucidchart is installed, but when viewing a page with 2 Gliffy macro / documents, and I click the “Convert Gliffy Diagrams” app button, the Convert Gliffy Diagrams modal shows previews of the two Gliffy diagrams, but when I click Submit, this error message is displayed:
“An error occurred. Please reload the page and try again. If the problem persists, contact Lucidchart support.”
Reloading the page doesn’t fix the problem.
These old Gliffy image on the Confluence pages are old (ancient, 2015), and the files show a .gxml extension (instead of .gliffy).
I downloaded the .gxml file and successfully imported it into my Lucidchart account. To repeat, the Confluence conversion did show preview images.
I inherited hundreds of old architecture diagrams in Confluence that need to be converted from .gxml to Lucidchart. Is there a way to get the Confluence app to do that? Some other solution?
Thanks!
